Twin Palms Naturals has a generous 30-day money back guarantee, which is valid for 30 days after the product is delivered. Return requests for orders older than 30 days are often granted but doing so is solely at our discretion. We do not provide paid return labels for product returns; products must be returned at the customer's expense.
Orders must be returned for a refund, including opened bottles.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and issue you a refund or store credit accordingly. If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card via your original method of payment. Please allow 15 business days for your return to be delivered, processed, and refunded.
NOTE: Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please note that refunds, replacements, and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through TwinPalmNaturals.com. You must be able to provide a purchase confirmation number from your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official Twin Palm Naturals website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
